Reese Koffler-Stanfield

80824.jpg Out of the ranks of Young Riders, now married, and a true Kentuckian, Reese Koffler-Stanfield is a well-educated, diverse FEI dressage rider, trainer, and instructor, who exudes focus and a positive attitude. With a mom and sister who are equally passionate about their horses, Reese is in good company as the head trainer at their Maplecrest Farm home. Reese earned her USDF Gold Medal in 2005 leasing Grand Prix Schoolmaster Fascination, from Jennifer Conour, and now has a grand Prix horse of her own. "Every trip down the centerline at Grand Prix now reminds me of Fascination and how he first taught me to ride the test.”

Her farm is a lovely gem nestled on rolling hills in the heart of the Bluegrass in Lexington, KY, where she grew up learning to ride. With the support of her family, students, and sponsors, Reese works tirelessly pursuing a rigorous riding and training schedule. She is extremely goal oriented and this year she hopes to compete and breed her Grand Prix mare, Jamaica, by embryo transfer, acquire a young horse as a project, and continue working toward her dream of making the U.S. team for the 2010 World Equestrian Games in her home state of Kentucky.

We invite you to visit Reese, and the story of her young yet full life as she launches her career as a full time horsewoman in the heart of the Kentucky blue graa, and home of the next 2010 Alltech World Equestrian Games.
